Overview

We need 4 Technical Support Engineers with strong expertise to join us. You'll provide second-level support to our EMEA & US customers, swiftly addressing their technical issues. As the main point of contact, you'll solve urgent technical problems and take charge of resolving customer cases efficiently. Additionally, you'll help customers maximize product usage and collaborate on impactful projects with other teams.

    Provide second-level support to EMEA & US-based customers, addressing their technical issues promptly.

    Serve as a knowledge base for our customer base, offering solutions to their pressing technical problems

    Take ownership of customer cases, troubleshooting issues effectively.

    Support customers in maximizing the use of our products.

    Collaborate with other teams on projects to drive company-wide impact.

Required experience

    Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Proficiency in supporting Linux-based products. - Must

    Technical knowledge in Networking, particularly in L2/L3. - Must
  • tick
    Ability to compose SQL queries and work with databases.
  • tick
    Industry experience in Cyber Security, specifically network or application security
  • tick
    Preferable experience in web troubleshooting.

    Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
  • tick
    Experience with enterprise customer accounts.
  • tick
    Preferable experience with Docker/Kubernetes-based environments.

    Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or equivalent.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

    Enjoy working with customers, possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
